Our mission
Rooted Collaborative is a regenerative care farm and creative learning space where people with and without disabilities come together to cultivate independence, relationships, health, and well-being through meaningful engagement with nature, creativity, and community.
The Farm
at Rooted Collaborative
We are a regenerative care farm where individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) take part in meaningful farm life — real agricultural work, hands-on activities, and everyday enrichment on the land. Through seasonal planting and harvesting, animal care, and land stewardship, participants build vocational skills, independence, and well-being in a structured, supportive environment.
Our regenerative farming model restores soil health, supports biodiversity, and produces fresh vegetables, herbs, and handcrafted goods sold to the surrounding community — creating earned revenue while connecting participants to purposeful, valued work.
We believe that regenerative land practices and human flourishing are inseparable. Rooted Collaborative invests in both.
